Sales Account Executive - MDU Telecommunications bundled services

Description:POSITION SUMMARY:
Access Media 3 is looking for a dynamic sales professional to focus on cold calling and developing new leads in a market full of untapped business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant/related field and be aggressive, self motivated and a results-oriented sales professional, to sell AM3’s “bulk” TV, internet and phone services to the Owners and Managers of Multiple Dwelling Unit buildings, including condos, apartments, retirement communities and college housing. The primary focus will be sales of Bulk services in new buildings. AM3 is an established and successful provider, looking to increase its reach and presence in the market area.

Duties:RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Sell AM3 TV, Internet and phone services in “bulk” to MDU buildings
Creatively develop leads from established resources and through cold calling and influence decision makers to choose AM3 service over competition
Contract negotiation with new clients
Leverage existing accounts for sales of new properties through professional sales techniques
Help coordinate the transition of new accounts to marketing team for sales penetration
Work creatively to find solutions and develop opportunities
Deliver a minimum of 160 new units of bulk service/$5,600 new monthly recurring revenue per month
Qualifications:Candidate must be an aggressive, strongly motivated self starter, with excellent communication skills and the ability to penetrate leads to creatively develop opportunities and develop relationships. Candidate must submit weekly reports, pricing requests, write proposals and be able to effectively communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, within the organization, and externally with customers. Candidate must project a professional business demeanor, and be familiar with the competitive set. Candidate will be issued lap top computer and cell phone by AM3.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work independently and maintain strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 4 years cold calling and other direct sales experience developing leads
Energetic, focused on achievement and consistent performance to achieve weekly metrics
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability for successful business development
Punctual and detail oriented with ability to follow up with every opportunity
Valid drivers license and ability to cover designated market.
75% independent field work and 25% meeting and office work
College degree preferred

COMPENSATION:
Base salary based on experience, with unlimited commission calculated on achieved revenue-NO CAP! Expense and car allowance. Potential earnings of $75,000 - $150,000 depending on sales performance.
