Access Media 3, a provider of TV, internet, and phone services to residents of Multiple Dwelling Unit buildings (condos, apartments, retirement communities, college housing) is looking for a Finance Director who is aggressive, self motivated and a driven telecom professional, to provide timely and accurate budgeting, forecasting, financial strategy, scenario modeling, target setting and long-term business planning.
This role will be a strategic partner with the CFO in all facets of the business providing daily support for developing detailed quarterly and annual financial models, strategic planning and review of potential initiatives/strategies/products. Additionally you will be providing the Senior Leadership team with the necessary analytical framework, both quantitative and qualitative, for the business decision-making process. The position will interact with a broad group of individuals including the CEO and other members of the senior leadership team. This is a unique role with high exposure to key executives and significant involvement in a broad range of financial areas spanning the business. |Duties:||Provide the analytical frameworks and strategic insights to identify risk and opportunities associated with the financial planning.|
•Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models that allow for bottoms-up evaluations and detailed forecasting/target setting.
•Manages all budget process activities; forecasts all company operational and financial aspects.
•Provides specialized analyses in support of all business functions.
•Provides analysis and evaluation of business strategies; assists with company strategic planning.
•Support special projects/ad-hoc requests.
•Partner with the Senior Leadership team in achieving financial and metric targets.
•Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress.
•Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops financial staff; manages schedules and workflow.
•Assists with special projects as required.
•Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
|Qualifications:||•Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent.|
•+6 years extensive financial analysis experience including forecasting, budgeting, and special ad hoc analysis in telecommunications required.
•Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports.
•Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
•Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, and evaluation.
